Engineering system

BMS System (Building Management System) controls and manages the Engineer System in the Buiding.
Power supply 24/24, Three back up Power Generators with a capacity of 1MW per each machine. supplying 100% full load for the building, and automatically transfer the electric current within 15 seconds after a Power outage.
A 24/24 Camera System covering the whole Building.
A Center Fire Alarm and Automatic Fire Sprinkler System.
A Smart Centre VRV Air-conditioning System.
Two modern elevators, one stair and fire escape stairs.
